This policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur NIKOLAI BATRAK, trading as Unity-Link ("we", "us"), collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or subscribe to our template library (the "Service").
Templates run in your own n8n and Make accounts. We do not access those accounts and we do not receive the leads, messages or customer data your workflows process.
Where data protection law requires a legal ground, we rely on performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the Service (for example hosting, email and payment processing) and with authorities when the law requires it.
Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
We keep personal data as long as needed for the purposes above. Accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system is completely secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.

These terms govern your subscription to Unity-Link, operated by Individual Entrepreneur NIKOLAI BATRAK ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to them.
Unity-Link is a subscription to a library of workflow templates for n8n and Make, with guides. It is a self-service product: we do not set up, configure or operate workflows for you.
Keep your login details safe. Access is for the number of seats included in your plan and may not be shared with others.
Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices exclude taxes. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Fees for n8n, Make and other tools you connect are paid directly to those providers.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
While your subscription is active, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the templates for your own business. You may not resell, share or publish the templates or guides, or give access to people who are not subscribers.
Templates depend on third-party tools that may change their features, limits or prices at any time. We cannot control these changes and are not responsible for them.
Templates and guides are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific business results such as number of leads, replies or sales, or that a template will fit your setup without changes.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Section 6 and the limits in sections 9 and 10 continue after termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Please raise any dispute with us in writing first so we can try to resolve it in good faith.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you subscribe or renew applies.
